The Programme
The Best Foot Forward programme is designed to bring VDP and TVT colleagues together across Clyde Munro practices and provide additional training to jump-start your career in dentistry and offer insights into future opportunities.
Its purpose is to introduce new aspects of dentistry, while also highlighting the non-clinical skills and responsibilities to be aware of as you transition to being self-employed associate dentists and dental therapists.

Entry Requirements
- Working as a Dental Therapist within Clyde Munro Dental Group
- Qualified within the last 3 years
- GDC registered
- Able to work to full scope of the practice
- Able to relocate to Scotland and/or start in the full-time position from September 2026
