Our Flying Start Programme is a year-long initiative that offers educational and networking benefits to dentists who have qualified in the last five years. This programme equates to 25 hours of CPD and has a value of £5000 fully funded by Clyde Munro. It includes carefully tailored training days covering topics such as:

Oral Surgery Residential Weekend
Digital Lab Partnerships
These sessions will allow you to advance your skills with leading names in the field, to ask questions and seek advice from experienced dental professionals. There is also an important social element to these events, as you will be able to connect with others in a similar position to you, to share experiences and gain knowledge from each other.

Our exclusive Flying Start Programme is an invitation-only initiative designed to empower and support you. Benefit from a fully covered programme, which includes four impactful sessions tailored for your growth:
Session 1 – Predictable Posterior Composite Restorations
This fully immersive, hands-on class was developed exclusively for Clyde Munro. It focuses on all aspects of indirect posterior restorations to help you develop your skills in restorative dentistry.
Session 2 – Optimising Endodontic Decision Making
A day-long intensive session designed to elevate skills in diagnosing and treating endodontic cases.
Session 3 – Oral Surgery Residential Weekend
This intensive 2-day hands-on residential course is designed for general dental practitioners who want to advance their surgical skills and build clinical confidence in managing cases that would typically be referred. The weekend features an exclusive dinner session, offering a perfect opportunity to network.
Session 4 – SWIFT Dental Lab Visit
As our trusted digital partner and full-service dental laboratory, the team at Swift are doing extraordinary things to ensure your practice thrives. At this visit, you will see how their innovative digital solutions can help you maximise chair time, boost profitability, and streamline your daily workflow.
