What our people say:

We are proud to have built an expansive network of passionate dental clinicians and teams across Scotland. They have come from far and wide to deliver exceptional dentistry to patients alongside like-minded colleagues.

Dr Despoina Christidou

Associate Dentist

It’s essential to look for a good team in the practice and the wider organisation to support you, motivate you and help you accomplish everything that you want to. I have found this to be true across Clyde Munro so I would certainly recommend them to colleagues. I’d also like to express how good it is living in Scotland. You have the opportunity to do
many things and explore everything the country has to offer around work!

Mary Smith

Senior Clinical Support

Clyde Munro has always been a very supportive environment. There is not a single person you can’t reach out to directly for advice or help – this strong teamwork ethic is what continues to draw me to the company. You can always pick up the phone and speak to someone for guidance and there are excellent relationships between all departments and teams across the organisation. The peer support is amazing as well – I have learned everything from my peers.

Dr Amanda Bassey-Duke

Associate Dentist

I am not originally from Scotland. My family lives in England but I moved to Scotland from Hungary in 2021 for work. I’ve lived in several countries my entire life, so relocating wasn’t too much of a hassle. Why Scotland? It was close enough to family that I could visit regularly and close enough to the mountains that I could explore after work on the long summer days. It also wasn’t burdened with the UDA system, which is target based, meaning I can work in a patient-centred NHS system. I find the Scottish people to be some of the friendliest people you would ever meet. People ask, ‘how are you doing?’ and expect a response back. Your neighbours check on you and pick up your post. The people, scenery, and culture are so easy to fall in love with. You just need to keep an open mind.
