Our support team keep everything moving each day, hybrid working from our base in Glasgow. Although clinicians are self-employed, we proudly employ hundreds of people across Scotland. Anyone in a non-clinical role is employed by us and therefore can enjoy employee benefits. Together, they play a crucial part in keeping Scotland smiling.

Human Resources

Our Human Resources team look after all employee relations, handle payroll and employee benefits, and oversee training programmes and talent management as well as resolving any conflicts.

Marketing

Our in-house marketing team look after promoting our dental practices across Scotland, as well as looking after the Clyde Munro brand. From implementing digital campaigns, to managing internal communications, and attracting the best candidates to join the group, this is a fast paced department.

Estates

This team is crucial for ensuring our physical assets are well-maintained, used efficiently and safely. This includes Health and Safety, Security, Renovations and Maintenance, and Property Management.

Recruitment

Our recruitment team look after all clinical recruitment, including Dentists, Dental Therapists and Hygienists.

Finance

The finance team manage our financial health and support our growth through sound financial planning and management.

Operations

Our Operations department is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all of our practices. The team manage day-to-day activities that are essential in keeping us efficient and on track with company goals.

Acquisitions & Integrations

This is a key function for our growth and expansion plans. We started with only 7 practices, and now we have over 60 in Scotland.

Receptionists

As the first person our patients see when they visit the dentist, our receptionists play a big role in putting smiles on faces. Of course, there’s more to it than warm welcomes. Our receptionists ensure bookings are made, systems are updated, stock is ordered and phones are answered – keeping all the wheels turning on our day-to-day operations.

Practice Managers

Our practice managers are responsible for managing all non-clinical aspects within each practice to achieve excellent patient care, quality, cost and delivery performance in line with overall strategy, goals and values.

Patient Care Coordinators

With all the innovative treatments and specialist services on offer at our practices, ensuring each and every patient has an outstanding experience takes a real team effort. Working at the centre of that team is a role where human warmth and a sharp mind meet.
