The Opportunity
New Cross Dental Care in Hamilton is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking dentist to join our friendly team on a 12-month maternity leave cover starting in January 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist to take over an established NHS patient list within a small, welcoming and family-friendly practice. We are happy to discuss working days and can offer flexibility around your availability.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a supportive environment, with experienced and qualified staff who are committed to providing high standards of patient care.

About New Cross Dental Care
We are a small, family-friendly dental practice that prides itself on providing a friendly and professional service to our patients. We have a well-established team and aim to create a positive working environment where both our patients and staff feel valued.

The practice is well stocked and equipped with modern technology and facilities, including:

• Digital intraoral scanner
• Rotary endodontic equipment
• Digital X-ray facilities

You will be joining a hard-working team who are committed to supporting the dentist and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.

The Role
The successful dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive NHS dental care to an existing patient list, maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring a positive patient experience.
We are looking for someone who is:

• GDC registered and fully compliant with the requirements to practice in the UK
• Experienced in providing NHS dental care
• Reliable, conscientious and hardworking
• Committed to delivering high-quality patient care
• A good communicator with patients and colleagues
• Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team

Location
New Cross Dental Care is conveniently located in Hamilton, with the practice being approximately 5 minutes from the train station, making it easily accessible for both local and commuting dentists.
