Our Flying Start Programme is a year-long initiative that offers educational and networking benefits to dentists who have qualified in the last five years. This programme equates to 25hrs of CPD and has a value of £4000 covered by Clyde Munro. It includes carefully tailored training days covering topics such as:

Oral Surgery
These sessions will give you the opportunity to advance your skills with leading names in the field, to ask questions and seek advice from experienced dental professionals. There is also an important social element to these events, as you will be able to connect with others in a similar position to you, to share experiences and gain knowledge from each other.

Session 1 – Personality in Practice
This one-day event will help you better understand diverse personalities and adjust your communication, ultimately leading to enhanced patient care and more effective collaboration with your team.
Session 2 – Predictable Posterior Composite Restorations
This fully immersive, hands-on class was developed exclusively for Clyde Munro. It focuses on all aspects of indirect posterior restorations to help you develop your skills in restorative dentistry.
Session 3 – Optimising Endodontic Decision Making
A day-long intensive session designed to elevate skills in diagnosing and treating endodontic cases.
Session 4 – Oral Surgery Weekend
A day-long intensive session designed to elevate skills in diagnosing and treating endodontic cases.
