Mary Smith started her career as trainee dental nurse, before moving into practice management. After the practice joined the Clyde Munro group, Mary had the opportunity to further expand her responsibilities into a multi-practice management role. She joined the Clinical Support Team in 2020 and has since provided valuable advice to colleagues regarding complaints handling and compliance.
