Clyde Munro’s Principal Ownership Plan (POP)  is a unique opportunity for ambitious dentists to experience what it is like to manage your own practice, but without the need to make a financial commitment or to take those first steps entirely unsupported.
  
Under (POP)  you will take on the Principal Role in the practice, including being part of developing the business plan and playing a lead role  to deliver the plan . For this you will receive a 10% equivalent share of the practice and at the end of the agreed period will get that share of the upside financial performance in addition to your normal earnings in return for your hard work and vision.

You will have full access to the Clyde Munro Senior Leadership Team who will provide support in the areas of strategy & business management, clinical support and training, 1-2-1 operational support on an ongoing basis for you and your team, unlimited access to a dedicated marketing and social media team as well as recruitment and finance support. In addition as Europe’s leading digital dental group you will have access to the very latest technology and equipment.
  
We will develop a business plan with you which maps out the growth potential of the practice, how that can be achieved and projected timescales.
  
Any capital investment which is required to help you and your team work most effectively will be provided by Clyde Munro.

At the end of the 3 year period you can take the practice to a different level again, do the same in another Clyde Munro practice , make the move into a group leadership role or even take the decision to own your own practice.
  
ABOUT PORTOBELLO DENTAL PRACTICE
In the case of Portobello our aim is to take it from a 2 surgery practice to 4 surgeries.  You will be involved in the design of these new surgeries and Clyde Munro will work with their experienced teams to project manage the construction and fit out as well providing the funding.
  
This is a well established  practice within the centre of a thriving community in the beautiful seaside area of Portobello on the outskirts of Edinburgh.  Situated on the main street, there is ample on-street parking within walking distance of the practice and a bus stop just across the road.
  
The practice offers NHS and Private patients the latest in digital technology and as a business we have been referred to as Europe’s Leader in digital dentistry.
  
The practice is well run and as the plan for increasing the numbers of surgeries would suggest, there is fantastic potential for growing the business further.

The real beauty is   –   there is no financial buy-in required by you, only a commitment to lead and develop the practice.
  
We ask for a 3 year minimum commitment to the practice and you will be required to play a supporting role across all areas albeit with the support of the aforementioned team behind you.

The selection process will include you having a business planning meeting with our CEO and Finance Director, where full disclosure on the current value of the practice, estimated projected earnings and what the potential % share for yourself would look like will be provided and discussed in full.
