Operational Training Support Coordinator

We are excited to be recruiting for a unique role of Operations Training Support Coordinator.

We are currently looking for a GDC registered nurse with previous management or leadership experience who has excellent people skills to work alongside our Operations team to support the implementation of systems and Clyde Munro processes across the group.

Your Role

This role will provide group and one to one training for our practice teams to allow for key initiatives to be embedded across all our practices. The role will require you to have experience of using the SOE platform and will require you to work with all team members across our practices to offer support and training.

The role requires the candidate to work to their own initiative as well in a team setting to ensure our teams are trained to the highest level on all Clyde Munro processes. The candidate will be required to travel across the group and work closely with the Operations team and the Practice teams.

The hours will be Monday to Friday.

    About You

    • Must have relevant experience in a general practice environment and be GDC registered
    • Experience working in a people management role is preferable
    • Willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care
    • The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
    • Enthusiastic, with an appetite to learn and develop new skills
    • Experience of using SOE
